Monday shifts focus to the heart of the supply chain, with behind-the-scenes access to BoortMalt’s malt roasting plant in Ballarat, Riordan’s grain receival site at Balliang, a guided tour of Soufflet’s and Malteurop’s malthouses in Geelong. The experience wraps up with a visit to GrainCorp’s grain export terminal – an essential gateway connecting Australian barley to the world.
